Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADC) assess individuals with problems due to use of alcohol or drugs and make recommendations for treatment when needed. They provide education regarding effects of alcohol and drug use and assist with funding for treatment for eligible clients. LADCs can also assist with connecting individuals to community resources, such as self-support meetings and detox services. For more information or to request an assessment, call (507) 526-3265 in Faribault County or (507) 238-4757 in Martin County and ask to speak to the Social Services Intake Worker.
