The HSFMC comprehensive benefit package includes health insurance (including option for high-deductible health plan) with employer sharing in cost, employer-paid $20,000 term life insurance, earned sick and safe time, generous paid leave policy, and 11 paid holidays each year. As a public employer, we provide a defined benefit annuity through PERA (employer contributes 6.5% plus 1%; employee contributes 6.5%). Employees have options for employee-paid dental, vision, accident, critical care insurance, and additional life insurance. Employees can contribute pre-tax to health savings account (per qualifications), pre-tax flexible spending accounts, short and long-term disability insurance, and Section 457 deferred compensation plans (Corebridge and Nationwide). Health & Human Services of Faribault & Martin Counties is seeking candidates for our Adult & Disabilities Services Manager position. Under the direction of the Division Director, provide day-to-day supervision, program operations, staff support, and compliance within Adult Mental Health, Adult Protection, Disability Services, Waivers, and Guardianship. Provide hiring activities and supervisory duties for the division. Provide operational oversight and program-specific quality assurance. Support communication and problem-solving within the Division. Support promotion of agency services among community partners. Act as a member of Agency administrative teams. This vacancy is in our Blue Earth, MN Human Services Center.
Minimum Qualifications: A master’s degree from an accredited college in social work, behavioral sciences, human services administration or closely related field and one year of supervisory experience in a public or private welfare/human service agency. OR A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and three years of supervisory experience in a public or private social services/human services agency. Qualified to provide clinical supervision to mental health staff highly valued.
2026 Salary Range Rate: $36.94-$59.84/hour. Entry Salary Rate: $36.94-$40.25/hour.

Health & Human Services of Faribault & Martin Counties is seeking candidates for our Director of Human Resources position. This position will serve as an advisor and strategic partner to the Executive Director providing direction, interpretation and advice to leadership and/or employees on human resource and employee relations issues, policies, procedures, compliance issues, laws, rules, and/or guidelines. Manage the Agency’s compensation and benefits programs. Assist Management in the hiring process. Develop strategy and advise leadership on how to address performance issues through feedback, training, coaching, and as needed, through development of performance improvement plans or disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of employment. Responsible for employee relations duties that create a favorable environment consistent with values, goals, and objectives of HHSFMC. Ensure HHSFMC maintains compliance with all applicable state and federal employment and workplace safety laws by implementing effective processes, required postings, staff education, and routine audits that minimize organizational risk and support a positive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required. At least three years of progressively responsible human resource experience required. Experience may be substituted for education. Highly valued: Professional Human Resources Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR). This is an exempt, salaried position.
2026 Salary Range Rate: $29.46-$50.34/hour.
