Faribault & Martin Counties Vaccination Update 3/23/21

 Vaccination work as of 3/20/21:

• Faribault County: 3,831 individuals have received at least their first vaccination for COVID-19. 22% of the total population has received at least 1 dose. The percentage of population over age 65 in Faribault County who received their 1^st dose of vaccine is 74.4% as of 03/20/2021.
• Martin County: 5,613 individuals have received at least their first vaccination for COVID-19. 22% of the population has received at least 1 dose. The percentage of population over age 65 in Martin County who received their 1^st dose of vaccine is 71.9% as of 03/20/2021.
• Community Health & Human Services received 300 doses of vaccine last week and focused on providing vaccine to area food processing plants. Clinics were held Thursday and Friday and all 300 doses were distributed 3/19/21.
• Mayo Clinic Health System Fairmont received 342 1^st doses last week and distributed all by 3/20/2021.
• United Hospital District received 100 1^st doses last week and distributed all by 3/20/2021.
• Dulcimer Medical Center did not receive any 1^st dose allocation last week. 

Plan for week of 3/21:

• Community Health & Human Services is scheduled to receive 100 new 1^st doses this week. Those who meet Minnesota eligibility criteria and are interested in receiving a vaccine from Community Health can express interest by completing this form: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VaxsurveyFM or by calling 507-238-4757. Due to heavy call volume, using the web-based form is preferred to allow those without internet access the availability to call.
• Mayo Clinic Health System Fairmont is scheduled to receive 369 1^st doses for this week for the 65+ population. MCHS-Fairmont is offering vaccines to anyone who meets the currently eligible for vaccinations. Patients who are eligible per the MDH guidelines will be contacted via their portal account or can call our vaccination line to schedule an appointment: 507-594-2100.
• United Hospital District is scheduled to receive 100 1^st doses this week for the 65+ population. United Hospital District is offering vaccines to anyone who meets the currently eligible for vaccinations. Those interested in scheduling an appointment can call UHD's Vaccine Hotline at 507-526-7700
• Dulcimer Medical Center is not scheduled to receive any new allocation this week.
